Stephen is one of the founders of Conexus Recovery. Stephen has worked within the credit industry for over 14 years before forming Conexus Recovery & Field Services. Stephen heads up the Collections Contact Centre operation in Derry/Londonderry along with the Field Services in Ireland.
Stephen worked with Chase Solutions where he was responsible for the Ireland Operations, covering both the North and South of Ireland.
Stephen was also Head of Field Operations at Engage Services where he headed up the UK North Region field operations along with the North and South of Ireland.
Before joining Chase Solutions, Stephen was Head of Field Operations at Robinson Way and was also a Field Credit Manager for London Scottish Bank. His overall responsibility was for approving customer loans, managing day to day collections and heading up the doorstep collections for Robinson Way
via a dedicated team of 30 field agents. London Scottish also owned by Robinson Way, where Stephen was also responsible for managing the self-employed field operation. This consisted of 4 Area Managers, 20 Supervisors and circa, 700 self-employed field based staff.
During his time with London Scottish/Robinson Way, Stephen was instrumental in the project for the introduction of handheld technology within field and the merging of two field operations, post-acquisition of the Lewis group.
