Conexus Recovery & Field Services are a Debt Recovery and Field Business with offices in Derry/Londonderry Northern Ireland and Bolton, Greater Manchester. We specialise in getting the right outcomes for both our clients and their customers. We lead the way when it comes to delivering debt recovery and field services in the UK and Ireland for both the utility and financial market.
Conexus Recovery & Field Services principle is to deliver outstanding collection services that meet our clients needs within both the non-regulated, regulated and compliant business groups. Our clients include banks, utilities, retailers and debt purchasers.
Conexus Recovery & Field Services have a team of doorstep “reconnection agents” who cover doorstep visits for both our utility and financial customers; every member of our field team has been fully vetted, including criminal record checks.
We work with our clients to provide a bespoke solution that match their business needs. Debt collection has moved into the 21st Century with Conexus and we operate as an extension to our clients business. We have worked with many companies in the past and have expertise in recovering debts for-

We carry out work that involves meter reads and meter checks for utility companies, pre- disconnection visits and other parts of the process. We fulfil any and all field based and/or doorstep activities so you can rest assured that whatever the need, we have it covered for you.
